Access
We strive to do our best to make sure everyone can be welcomed to enjoy live music in a safe and inclusive environment.
We recognise that there is still more that we can do to make our building more accessible. It’s something that is very important to us and we hope that in time we can fund improvements to increase access for all.
Chalk host Standing events at the venue. We have limited spaces on our seated accessibility platform which is suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users, accessible toilet facilities and step free access via ramp.
For specific questions or concerns please refer to our information and FAQs below or reach out to our ticketing partner DICE (click link to contact) via their help centre.
Access FacilitiesWe have a dedicated seated accessibility platform which is located on the right-hand side of the stage. This position offers a good clear view of the stage, step free venue access via a ramp and an accessible toilet on the same level.
Due to current limitations, we can only offer space for 2 access seats, each with an additional companion. These can be purchased on a first-come first-served basis via our website or via DICE. If you would like a free PA ticket to accompany you contact DICE to arrange this. Please do not purchase an Accessibility Seating ticket for your companion.
If the spaces are sold out for an event, please contact DICE and we will do our best to assist you. Please be aware that once a show has sold out, we may not always be able to accommodate all access request due to our capacity restrictions.
