Chalk is an independent, multi-purpose venue tucked into Brighton's coach station, directly opposite the pier.
The main room changes shape with the night: intimate live show, full-throttle club, or something gloriously in between. Upstairs, the mezzanine bar keeps the whole room in view.

Chalk is a place of acceptance and love. The venue's welfare team works to make nights safe, welcoming and free from harassment or discrimination.
Chalk works with Ganda Media Solutions, Brighton’s independent creative team, for design and some of the best same-day printing in Brighton, from posters and flyers to venue print.
