COVID-19 Guidelines

As per the latest government guidelines, from Wednesday 15th of December onwards, we must ask all our customers to provide either proof of double vaccination via the NHS app, a negative lateral flow test that was taken within 48 hours of the event you are attending, or proof of exemption.
Upon arrival to the venue please ensure you have your NHS Covid pass or QR code available as we will require this for entry. 
If you have not taken a lateral flow test prior to arrival and are unable to provide proof of double vaccination, a test can be provided for you upon request. 
Whilst masks are not required to be worn, if you wish to wear a mask inside the venue you can. 
We will require all masks to be removed upon entering the venue so that ID checks and any security searches can take place. 
Temperature checks 
We may ask to take your temperature upon entering the venue. 
Everyone will be required to sanitise their hands upon entering the venue. This helps us keep everyone safe. 
Venue cleaning
In addition to our enhanced cleaning procedures, all surfaces are disinfected prior to each event. In addition, we have members of venue staff disinfecting all surfaces, handles, taps and any points of high contact every 15 minutes to ensure maximum safety from contact with the virus.
Medical assistance 
We have a medic on duty at all our events. If you become unwell during your time with us, please see any of our venue staff or security and a medic will be brought to you immediately. We also have lateral flow tests at the venue so if the medic has any concerns with your well-being, they may offer you the opportunity to take a test. 
Employees of the venue
All employees, if not double vaccinated, will be required to take a lateral flow test prior to each shift. 
Air Quality 
Our venue is blessed with extremely effective fresh air ventilation and extraction systems. As such the air is always well circulated and fresh around the venue.
Payments & Cloakroom 
We strongly encourage you to use contactless/card where possible. Cash will still be accepted in the event card payments cannot be made.
