General Information When Visiting CHALK

**TICKETS:**We strongly recommend purchasing tickets when visiting an event at CHALK although, it should be noted the venue doesn't host events itself.
If you have any ticket enquiries, you will need to contact the promoter or ticket provider. If you have purchased a ticket via the API on our website, the ticket provider is SeeTickets.

**AGE RESTRICTIONS:**You will be able to see any age restrictions on the event pages, however, the general rule is: Live events (before 10 pm) 14+. This can differ so please check. Club events (after 10 pm) are always and strictly 18+.
Everyone entering the venue will need to provide proof of age. For the consumption of alcohol (over 18s), this will have to be either a driving license or passport. Passcards are not accepted.
Although we do allow under 18s in unaccompanied, we highly recommend under 16s be accompanied by an adult.
**ENTRY CONDITIONS:**We reserve the right to refuse entry to any event for any reason. We politely ask that when you arrive at the venue, you are respectful to other customers. We do not offer any form of VIP, any demands for direct entry will not be entertained.
Although we have a casual dress policy, we don’t allow the following;Non-fashion sportswear ie; football or rugby topsFlip flops or steel toe capped bootsNon themed fancy dressAny form of politically motivated clothingSki masks and balaclavas
​​Hen and Stag parties are not automatically refused entry, but we reserve the right to deny admission based on your suitability for the event in operation. We ask that you do not arrive in printed t-shirts, bridal veils, sashes or the like. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us ahead of purchasing tickets.
